About GymLabs
Built inside real gyms, not a boardroom

Our mission
GymLabs exists so PT departments run on numbers instead of gut feel. The person responsible for the PT business should see what is broken, who is responsible, and what to do next, in 30 seconds.
Our values
Clarity over complexity: one dashboard that answers what needs attention today, not a hundred charts.
Built with operators: every feature exists because a real Fitness Manager needed it, and it is in daily use in real clubs.
Your data is yours: strict per-gym isolation, restricted member details, and no lock-in, ever.
How GymLabs started
Our journey
A note from the co-founder

Dear gym operators,
GymLabs comes from 12 years of running PT departments. Different gyms, different markets, same questions every single week: who is at risk, which packages are expiring, and how is each coach actually doing. The answers always existed, buried in exports nobody had time to dig through.
So we built the dashboard we wished the booking platforms had.
Every feature exists because a manager somewhere needed it that week: at-risk flags, renewal alerts, coach forecasts. Nothing is speculative; it is all in daily use by real coaching teams.
One principle throughout: clarity. Not another analytics tool with a hundred charts, but a 30-second answer to what needs attention today.

Encrypted in transit and at rest, with each gym’s data completely walled off from every other gym’s. Member contact details appear only where they are truly needed, and owner-controlled roles decide what your team can see and change.
